Great question!
I blend yoga into my designs by drawing on the mindfulness, balance, and flow that yoga teaches. Just as a yoga practice guides practitioners through a balanced and intentional sequence, my design process mirrors these qualities by fostering seamless user experiences, mindful aesthetics, and a harmonious balance between functionality and creativity. This holistic approach ensures that every project flows smoothly, much like a well-designed yoga class.
When creating vinyasa flows, I apply design principles such as symmetry, pacing, and contrast to craft a sequence that feels intuitive yet dynamic. Just like in design, where different elements must work together cohesively, in my yoga flows, poses are intentionally linked to build a sense of rhythm and creativity, encouraging both physical and mental engagement. I use alignment and transitions in my sequences, much like layout and spacing in design, to create a balanced, creative experience for practitioners.

The first step in getting to know you and your business is through a Discovery Call. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, audience, and vision for the project.
We’ll also cover essential details such as the scope of the work, your design preferences, and any functionality requirements for your website, course, or digital marketing system. This call helps me understand your needs and ensures we’re aligned from the start. Afterward, you’ll receive a project proposal and timeline.
-
Once the proposal is approved, we will move to the Project Planning Call, during which we will discuss the details of your design.
During this meeting, we discuss brand styles, color schemes, typography, and overall aesthetics. We’ll also discuss key design elements like layout, functionality, and user experience. If it’s a digital marketing or eLearning project, we’ll outline strategies for engagement and interactivity. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear vision of what to expect in the design phase.
-
After the planning, I’ll create initial mock-ups and key visuals for you to review. This could include website wireframes, sample layouts for marketing materials, or course outlines and design templates for eLearning projects. We’ll schedule a review meeting to walk through the designs, gather your feedback, and make any adjustments to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your expectations.
-
Once we finalize the design, we move into the Development & System Setup phase. Whether we’re building a website, creating a digital marketing system, or developing eLearning content, this is where the technical work happens.
We’ll have at least two progress meetings during this phase where I’ll update you on the development, and you’ll have the opportunity to request any tweaks to the design or functionality. These meetings ensure we stay on track and aligned as we build the project.
-
Once the project is completed, we’ll have a Delivery Call to officially transition the project into your hands. During this call, I’ll walk you through the final product, provide training if necessary, and ensure you feel confident using or managing the system. We’ll also discuss any ongoing support needs, depending on the service or product you’ve chosen.
-
Depending on your package, we’ll move into the Maintenance, Evaluation, or Management phase.
If you’re managing things independently, I’ll provide guidance and offer evaluation services when needed.
If you’ve opted for ongoing support, we’ll schedule regular check-ins to monitor performance, implement updates, and ensure everything is functioning smoothly.
For clients who require ongoing management (e.g., for digital marketing), we’ll maintain a regular schedule of content creation, performance reviews, and strategy adjustments to keep your project thriving.
