About

Yoga can indeed be a life-changing practice for those who embrace it. It is more than just a physical exercise routine; it is a holistic approach to well-being encompassing the mind, body, and spirit. I have experienced many benefits through regular practice, including increased strength and flexibility, reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, and heightened self-awareness. Many practitioners also report feeling greater inner peace, joy, and overall contentment with life.

And you can experience them too! Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, there is always something new to discover and explore on (and off) the mat.

It brings me joy to help folks gain a deeper understanding of this millenary practice. I have practiced yoga for over a decade and am a certified and registered yoga teacher with over 600 hours of professional training. In my classes, I creatively incorporate traditional breath, movement, and meditation methods to help students develop their unique form of yoga, grow awareness of their physical bodies, and build a "kick-asana" practice.
