About me
It can be said that the world is divided into two groups: those who criticize, and those who create. I've always been a creator. From creating enhanced customer service experiences in a variety of fields (fashion, investments, and now education), transitioning to user-experience design feels natural. Empathy, Compassion and among other qualities, makes me a a mindful designer. My education background is Communication, Writing and UX Design.
For the past three years, I have worked with Walden University in a product called Tempo Learning, which is an alternative and flexible learning modality that allows students to study on their own pace. Tempo Learning operates in an agile and collaborative manner, where product leadership, operations development, and academic coaches partner to build and iterate the unique student experience. I also write blogs for local small business in the Baltimore area, and teach Yoga on a one-on-one basis (in-person or online via video chat).
